Who here continues to regularly use a CD player?

I use CD's exclusively. Did streaming for a bit but its just not my thing. Over the years I've built a decent library of CD's .I enjoy collecting them and adding them to my catalog. I did streaming for a couple of months but I just didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would.

Cd's 95% and vinyl 5%, no streaming.

I listen to CDs almost daily, listen to vinyl extremely rarely, and never anything else..., other than television.

What surprises me in this thread isn’t how many folks listen to CDs but how many people don’t stream.

I haven’t played a cd since I bought a streamer back about June 1st of this year. I started with the Atoll MS120 which was terrific but being a McIntosh loyalist (see my virtual system)  upgraded to the Mac DS200 in early November. I’m sure I will play cd’s again. But the whole streaming experience is still new and exciting so it may be a little bit before I spin cd’s again.
