Millisecond delay to the beginning of songs streaming

Hi, All,

For some reason the very beginning of every song is cut off when streaming. It’s literally less than like half a second…Streamer is Eversolo DMP-A6 Master with TP power supply. I am using Quobuz. I also have Bluesound Icon streaming via Qobuz in my second system that does not have this issue…

 

Any idea why or what is causing this or how to remedy?

I also believe it’s a qobuz thing. I truly enjoy the sound quality,but Qobuz is quirky.

Hey MASHIF, I use Sense with my Innuos Zenith Mk 3, but I can't seem to find that 2 second delay setting.....mind steering me to it?

I experience a delay, but assumed it was due to the mechanical relays in my Yggdrasil switching between different bit-rates between tracks I'm playing.

I had this issue when I had an Innuos Pulse Mini.  Despite setting the delay to max allowable it didn't help so I just lived with it.  

I'm also on Qobuz and now have a T8 which has not had this issue thus far.  YMMV

@trecool99 That is great to hear! What DAC are you using?

 

@adeep42 Weirdly my I do not have this issue with my Icon. I am using Gustard U18 DDC and Gustard X18 DAC.

 

This is why I was thinking it was possibly DENAFRIPS/Eversolo not playing well together?

Go to Audio settings. Select the settings Icon where it shows your DAC. Scroll down to Sample Rate Change Delay. There’s a pull down menu. I use 2000 milliseconds.

This only works in the Sense App. Quboz Connect doesn't recognize it.
