Audio Research High Definition Silver SP-5 D-52B - a chance to buy

Is this a good deal? I am nearby so the pickup would work for me. It is a great model, too old to trust, to good to be true?

I’m not against SS but it’s not really what ARC is known for. That makes me a little less enthusiastic about this unit. FWIW, ARC is indeed a great High End brand. This unit does not diminish their reputation in the slightest.
