Galion amp TS A 75

I have a Galion TS A75. I've had it since February 2024. Customer feedback is 4.98 out of 5 stars, based on 102 reviews, which includes my own personal 5-star review. Plenty of independent positive reviews on YouTube as well. The A75 has been powered on in my system all this time. In over 20 months, I've never had any problems. Beautiful sound, doesn't run hot, dead silent, built like a tank. I like that it has both XLR and RCA inputs. I'm using it to drive my more insensitive speakers, currently KEF R3, or Cabasse Murano, whatever is in rotation. (My more sensitive speakers are all driven by tube amps.) The TS A75 sounds way more powerful than its nominal 75W suggests. I have 200W+ GaNFET amps (LAIV and PeachTree), and the A75 easily keeps up. Sounds strong and clear. Perfect bass (no sub needed for music) and extended yet smooth highs. Some people (including Thomas & Stereo himself) claim that it's a bit V-shaped. However, I do not think that it lacks in mid-range. Talking about Thomas, I have had quite a bit of interaction with him, and he is extremely responsive and supportive. An honest, knowledgeable, and hardworking gentleman. The TS A75 is a "no frills", solidly built power amplifier with a great sound signature and punches way above its price point. Please note that the sound of your power amplifier is very dependent on your source and your pre-amplifier. I'm using either LAIV Harmony or Vincent SA-32 preamps, and both sound great. Rjvissers the TSA 75 is a preamp friendly , it works well with my tsakadiris Alexander tube preamp. But maybe next year I might audition navy Galion preamp.

@ironrick6 I watched about 5 of his videos. Unbearable. I am sure it sells. (Salesmanship and BS in general) But I just can't stand all that boasting and hyping and pretending it's the best thing since slice bread.

Parkergetdean , before you say BS maybe audition one. My purpose is putting the thread I discover an amp that I do like for my taste. I believe those who cannot afford more than 2 k amp? This amp might serve their need. But I do respect you don’t get me wrong.Maybe this amp is not for you . Move on.

But you are right, it may be as good as he says it is, how would I know? I should only judge after I have heard it.
