Being familiar with the first Budgie LP, how would you compare it with their “Bandolier” outing, 4 albums and 4 years later?

Your post has brought this group back to my attention.

It’s been so long since I’ve heard those earlier albums but I remember them having a blues element infused with the rock. Bandolier is hard rock, maybe even metal. I didn’t follow them after that, but I like Bandolier. It seems some great music was being played in that common room. Cheers!
