QOBUZ Support


Does anyone know how to communicate with QOBUZ?  I followed the directions on the website by clicking the chat icon in the lower-right of the page.  It shows a chat window and what seems to be a few live agents.  There are a few icons at the top with their headshots but no one ever responds.  Somewhere on the website I read that someone would email me within 4 days.  It has been about 10-12 since I started requesting support and nothing.  Do they have a direct email?

You might try the Qobuz Club (community.qobuz.com) -- lot of discussion on a wide range of topics there. 

Thanks for the quick responses....I sent an email for starters and will give them a few days to respond.  If still nothing, I will head to Facebook.
