Which would you buy: dCS Rossini non-Apex or dCS Bartok Apex?

Looking for opinions from folks who have heard both.

I am constantly trying different gear and am looking forward to trying something from dCS after having many other DACs. Both DACs are about the same $ used and I don't waste dealers' time when I shop that market. Yes, I do 10audio which really has no bearing on my question to users of this forum. Why do you ask?

Like for like, the Rossini is better sounding than the Bartok. But the Apex upgrade has more flow and is smoother sounding than the pre-Apex. So there will be listeners who would prefer an Apex Bartok to a non Apex Rossini and vice versa.
