Recommended a highly resolving cartridge

Hi all, all tube system that is warm with a good midrange presence inherently. I’m looking for a cartridge that offers high detail / resolution and wide / deep soundstage. This is on a stock SL-1200G TT. On a side note, if anyone has experience “upgrading” the stock tonearm on a G please chime in. I’ve read conflicting reports of the merits of such a move, and while I’m very happy with the tone of my TT and am not looking to move off of it, I am curious about a tonearm swap (must allow for headshell swapping).

Peaks at 113.1db are quite different than average volume at 113.1db! As per the meter the average volume was at 87.5. Yes there may have been a gummy + beers + an empty (no wife) house as factors too.

Glad you are enjoying your ART20, I wish you lived near enough to hear it both your place and mine.

Still wow. Be careful. Hearing damage is a really serious thing. I have a number of friends that have a difficulty communicating at all with other people and music is no longer anything they can enjoy at all because of it.

@ghdprentice Appreciate the advice, for the record it's rare I listen at volume that high, it was a all out night with beer, weed and a new cartridge. devil
