Dark side of the moon vs debut espirit

I currently have a espirit carbon.  Over time I upgraded to a ortophon blue cartridge and an aluminum sub platter.  I got a power it wall plug and upgraded the RCAs to the 50 dollar upgrade option from project.  
 

I came a across a dark side of the moon table today for about 800.00.

I am debating picking this up and I can of course steal from my other table parts or upgrades as needed.   
 

What would you do in my shoes ? 
 

If I pick up the DSOM table what would you rob off the other table before moving it along ? 
 

Which piece has the better tone arm ? 
 

Whoch cartridge is better ?

I would pass on the DSOTM TT.  It's best feature is the DSOTM design.  In reality, it looks like an T1 EVO TT (give or take) in some flashy dressing.

What would or could you swap out easily between the two?

If you want a better TT, get a Technics 1500 or 1200.  I prefer the ability to swap out cartridges easily, which is not do-able with the Pro-jects.
