Upgrade my HiFi setup!

Hi all,
I’m looking for some suggestions on an upgrade.
I have a 10 SQM (3.5x2.9) acoustic room with Kef LS50 powered by Rega Brio just for music listening.
I want to upgrade it. Budget about $10K.

I thought about Monitor Audio G6 Gold 300 + Roksan Caspian 4G (the streaming version with the BluOS).

What do you think, does someone have any suggestion?
I’m mainly listening to electronic music and hip hop but sometimes find myself listening to rock, live music and other genres.

Thanks in advance for any help 🙂

I recently went from LS 50 Meta to a gold 100 6G. Along with a pair of REL 7/x’s into a Anthem STR preamplifier and power amp. Quite happy with the results. Unless it is a space saving issue, I would personally look at a separate streamer such as this InnuOs https://innuos.com/stream1/. Otherwise sounds like a fantastic plan.

Thanks @soix

I’m using this setup for 7 years and want to upgrade it.
the improvement I’m looking for is with the sound quality the speaker produced, soundstage, details, dynamics and transparency.
I like the LS50, just want to upgrade.

Thanks @gkelly

I have enough space, the whole room is just for music listening.
Do you hear a significant improvement?

Definitely hear a difference. Am an admitted fanboy of InnuOs.
Also these can have a huge impact, using the pairing tool helps.

2 suggestions.

1) Wavetouch modded Assemblage ST-40 tube amp + WT WT-95 SACD, CD, flac player + streamer Click here to hear it.

2) Bluesound powernode modded.   Click here to hear it.

The room in videos is 32ft W x 44ft L x 12ft H. You won't never envy of $million system with these humble systems. They are very affordable.

I used to have the LS50’s in a room the same size as yours, they are a great speaker. It is challenging to find replacement that is that good and also won’t overpower the room. I was successful in adding a subwoofer to that system and had fairly well balanced sound.

The Rega is woefully underpowered for those speakers, especially given your preferred genres. I would keep the speakers for now, add a subwoofer, I had a REL 7i, and consider an amplifier upgrade. On top of that get a separate streamer and DAC. All of this you could do for under $10k, especially on the used market, and significantly upgrade your system.
