I’ll share what I use too, later on. Once this discussion post receives some responses. Let’s talk about cables for knowledge transfer and making the right purchasing decisions. Sometimes it's just fluff, other times it's the real deal.

Analog signal cables may make a difference, but cables in general are boring.

USB A->B: DH Labs Mirage;

I2s/hdmi: DH Labs hdmi 2.1;

XLR analog: Gatham Star Quad (low capacitance, <16 pF/ft); and

Speaker: Belden 5T00UP 10awg (DIY).

@thesummit FWIW, I find it best to just ignore someone who annoys me.

In answer to your OP, I use Audio Sensibility for everything and always the Statement series.  Audio Sensibility first came to my attention several years ago when the VPI forum was active as a favored supplier among many participants.  In the ensuing years there have been occasions to compare and nothing else has made me want to switch.
