AliExpress order issues

I should have noted this was also my first time ordering from them so I’d no prior experience. Also, I’m now being bombarded with emails showing me what ’goes with what I purchased’. I really wanted to try those cables, too. I also can only guess all the shipping updates I got were just blowing smoke. No idea what happened.

I have a similar issue with a Gustard BNC cable coming from China. It got to LA in under a week and it has been stuck over 3 weeks in a sorting facility in Grapevine, TX, 3 hours from my home. After doing some research, I hear that it's nothing unusual, just sit and wait and it will likely eventually show up.

I ordered perhaps  70  times on aliexpress  and i could not remember more than 2 times similar problem resolved by aliexpress team...

I can only offer you an imaginary mate ...

Same here, only good experiences. Their website is a mess to deal with though.

Weird thing is, I didn't get a tracking number, just those vague 'this is where your package is now' emails. And I couldn't make any headway on their site. I'll give it another shot, see what happens...
