Tannoy Turnberry vs Fyne 502SP?

Speaking to some other owners of the NAT HPS, it seems like a common consensus is that it can lack some bass power but does have a really nice midrange and really fabulous detail, so a bit torn now.

I may end up saving a bit and looking for a demo set of Fyne 703s if I can track some down since I could likely get them for about the same as a pair of brand new Turnberries. The 703 is 94db sensitivity (not quite as good as the 704s, but still pretty good).

Recommended power into the 703s is 20-250w, so there's quite a bit to choose from. 

I'm curious about the Turnberry. I've had some time with the Fyne's. Is there any more feedback on these, especially in the tweeter region? Seems like they both like a little more power. 

Coherent Audio in Canada always grabs my interest too. Any thoughts on Coherent, they're not easy to demo in New England.

@bjesien Bit of an old post now, but I ended up getting the Coherent 18s directly from Frank (can see them in my virtual system page).

I've been really liking them. I made a small tweak and adjusted the resistors in the crossovers to balance it out a little more for my room, but otherwise they've been great and have had them over a year now. They work well with my Aric audio 2A3 SET amp and 6SN7 preamp. They seem to perform best for me for Jazz and acoustic/live recordings. They have good bass extension but if you are a big bass head they might not be the right choice (or might need a sub). I find it plenty though, and is definitely enough to feel! While I didn't ever get to audition the Tannoy Kensingtons in home, hearing them in a demo room vs the Coherents at home I prefer the Coherents. Just me, though!

If you're ever able to go to the Montreal audio show whenever they have that, I believe Frank sets up there. It shouldn't be a huge trip from New England, I'd think!

Thanks @mmcgill829 I came pretty close to ordering the Coherents a few years ago. I typically don't shy away from buying and selling, but the design, concepts and materials tweaking made me hesitate. I also struggled to imagine deep tuneful bass with that cabinet, although the bracing is creative.
