Is it worth to get 2 m Nodorst vs 1m

I have the opportunity to buy a couple of Nordost power cords, Tyr and Frey at a 15 discount. I auditioned the cords in a one meter length and they made a nice improvement. The dealer quotes NOrdost as saying, it will sound better in a 2 meter. I have a dedicated circuit for my Qbase strip which has the whole stereo plugged in. I thought i read somewhere that a dedicated circuit makes the longer length improvement questionable. Adding another meter to both increases cost by about 1000. They already cost close to 5,000 so this would be closer to 6,000.   I can’t test any of this. I just have to make a decision. Would like your thoughts. Thanks.

1 Meter is enough save some cash

Agreed. I failed to see a compelling case for getting the longer cable presumably to achieve better sound quality. Color me skeptical.

I ended up getting the 2 meter lengths and I must have auditioned the 2 meter length now that I see them.  All I can say is these two cords, Tyr (pre-amp) and Frey (Dac) lifted my system to a dynamic and resolving level that is noticeable without even doing A/B comparisons anymore.  My level of enjoyment is reflected by my foot tapping and singing to the music and I've had 5-6 hours listening sessions of extreme enjoyment. Now, if i could only get my Krell amp back from repair, I will be in heaven.

@bossa

You are happy and enjoying your music. That’s the ultimate objective.
