Technics SU-G700 Bookshelf Speaker recommendations & How To connect Klipsch Subwoofer

1. Currently have some JBL 4312SE 70TH anniversary editions hooked up to the Technics and love the sound. The problem the speakers are too big for my Livingroom and need some bookshelf speakers that have good sound stage yet big sound for those moments I want things to get a little loud. Budget $1,500-$2,000.
