Luxman 505UXII has both HT Bypass and 2 Speakers Selector. Pretty sure the higher models do also.

NAD M33. Has 2 sets of binding posts. With the right dealer, you can find for under 3600

If I can get the NAD for 3600 I would seriously consider it. I see MSRP is 6000.

3600 would be 40 percent off. Usually lucky to get 10 or 15 off.

The Yamaha A-S3200 would work for you.  It supports 2 sets of speakers and has home theater pass through.

When I was looking at integrated amplifiers several years ago I looked at listened to the meager selection of amps that supported two sets of speakers.  At that time, I listened to Rotel, Yamaha, and Cambridge Audio integrated amps.  I ended up buying at Rotel 1590 on closeout.  I still have it and I am happy with it.  The Yamaha A-S3000 was the best sounding amp that I heard at but it was well beyond my price range.  The A-S3200 is the current version the amp.
