Aurender Conductor App

Is anyone else having a problem with this app? I can't seem to connect, I reached out for support but haven't heard back.

I'll have to wait for Aurender to get in touch, I realize it's a holiday weekend. I guess I'm stuck with vinyl till then, woe is Joe.

Go to settings, help and look for remote support request. The Memorial Day holiday may delay a response but please log it asap.
