Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO
slipknot1

My copy’s en route, hope it’s good like @dougthebiker’s. I like getting the stereo versions, if it’s too weird I can go with mono switches on my pre pre or preamp.

My copy of Are You Experienced arrived last week, but I have not yet played it.  I always had the stereo version so I am accustom to the one-channel of Jimis' voice on those cuts.  Still dealing with and nursing our dog; he's not doing well and struggling, but I just can't make the call yet as his mind is still so good.  Soon, though!

I haven't played my hi-fi for some time now.  Maybe later today.  As always, I get ideas of what to play directly from this thread.  You guys are the best!

I hear you on the weird channel on Jimi's vocals. I have experienced this on many LPs of the 60s and 70s. I'm able to kind of tune it out when the music being played is superior.

Great day off of spinning vinyl:

Pat Travers - Black Pearl

Reece Wynans and Friends - Sweet Release (great music and great sound)

Mazzy Star - So Tonight That I Might See

The Montgomery Brothers - Groove Yard

The Dave Bailey Sextet - One Foot in the Gutter
