There are many great covers, such as Mr. Tambourine Man,by the Byrds. I'm curious about everyone's favorite.

But right now all I can think of is Tony Bennett doing George Harrison's "Something in the Way She Moves." Big. Lush. Gorgeous. Excellent recording, too.
