Yes we can associate certain feelings with aural stimuli just as with visual but those memories are filtered through our biases and emotions.

Who listen music without them? Like Scriabin, Beethoven, or Chet Baker, i am proud of my many biases, they are my own history... Recognizing a complex pattern of sound in an audiophile test is linked to these emotions and biases sure.... What is the problem? The good news is our taste and biases can be "educated", i was not born with the love of Scriabin or with the love for the Maqams or for the Ragas form...
