Audio Research Ref 5SE against Krell Phantom/202

Just edited a listening session with my dealer for Ref5SE vs Phantom/202 for next week. Lots of comments, revieuws etc. around for the ARC, less so on the Krell.
Any thoughts about these especially with a side-by-side comparison are very welcome.

Should be paired with Krell 302E/402E eventually.
