Has anyone else had a problem with Krell pre/pro?

I bought a Krell S-1000 less than a year ago. A couple of months ago, I began having issues with the On Screen Display. It finally got the point where it wouldn't display at all. Which meant that I couldn't change any of the settings as I swapped equipment back and forth.

I sent it in to Krell. They supposedly fixed it. Got it back. OSD still doesn't work.
