Pick up the phone and just call them. I have contacted them several times and had stellar customer service..
"Chris: That may be, but they shouldn't bother with an e-mail address -- or post that someone will respond within 24 to 48 hours. Maybe they meant to write 24 to 48 days."
I defintely see your point and I am not defending the fact that you did not get a response from them. However, sometimes websites get updated and errors do happen.
I see it two ways:
a) you keep waiting for a response.
b) call them, get your questions answered and maybe let them know that you emailed them and never heard back..
