Where to replace "Washi" paper of Lyra Helikon?

I'm looking to send back my Helikon to replace the dirty washi paper on the underbelly of the cartridge. Does anyone know where I should send this to? Back to the Lyra dealer or Scan-tech? Any contact will be very much appreciated. Thanks!
