Where might I find cheater plugs?

Could someone tell me where I might be able to find cheater plugs (3-pin to 2-pin)? I've tried the local Radio Shack with no luck.

I was given one of the type you described and always wondered where it came from. I'll try Canadian Tire soon. I think that they are illegal though - I was told that by both Home Depot as well as Radio Shack. Vivek
