Whats playing on your system today?

Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.

I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....

Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....

Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

Okay so I’m a Beatles fan, and I’m listening to the remixed and remastered Revolver album in high res and it’s really well done!

@nutty

How have I never heard this before? It’s great!

Thanks for posting The Travis Larson Band.

They already did as part of Neil Young Volume 5.   Agon won’t let me post the link for some reason, but Google Neil Young and Volume 5 and it should pop right up.

The Mountain Goats, Goths. Listening to this now. A friend recommended and it’s pretty good so far.

Weather Report - Heavy Weather, Now.
Kinda feeling like Elton John will be next. Madman or Honky Chateau. Or both, cause I don't have to work today.

Now if only Charter would give me clean, STABLE, internet...

Listening to Radiohead, In Rainbows for the first time in probably fifteen years. Thanks.

Just listened to Red Hot Chili Peppers newest album, Return Of The Dream Canteen. It’s their second album this year! If you’re a RHCP fan, give it a listen.

Diana Krall, The Girl in the Other Room and some Zeppelin. I'm going to end my evening with some Take Five.

stereo5,

Isn’t that a great album?

As far as what I’m playing, I just bought the 2018 remaster of The Beatles White Album. Only listened to a few tracks so far, but it’s been fun trying to pick out differences. Some subtle and some not.

Have you heard of the group Gong? I was just given a few of their albums to listen to and I think they might be right up your alley.

@designsfx

If you poke around for Gong, you’ll find at least 24 albums out there.

Enjoy.

Just listened to the Dracula soundtrack with the subwoofer on. All I can say is wow!

I just heard about them and have listened to two of their albums. Well recorded and I’ll listen to them again. 😁

Been reading this thread for a few days now and found some great leads on music I should check out. Who ever mentioned Cedar Walton, Thank you!  Seasoned Wood is excellent!
Listening to others albums now.

Until the last few years, all I listened to 60’s - 70’s rock with a bit of jazz thrown in from time to time. Now it’s the exact opposite. Although I do listen to new music from the likes of Paramore, Saint Vincent, The War On Drugs and…
