Usually its not the motor that goes bad on these, its the speed control board. The Wein-bridge oscillator probably needs servicing.

Hi Guys,
I scraped up one of these turntables dirt cheap at a garage sale. I think it needs a motor. I turn it on and it lights up(strobe lamp), but the motor shaft does not turn. I checked the fuse and it was okay. If it needs a motor would you know where I could purchase one?
