Spectral DMC 20 II vs DMC 30 SV II

I have some question about Spectral Audio devices and DMC préamp.
I have an old DMC-20 II, with two DMA 360 II, digital source is dCS Vivaldi II Drive + DAC and speakers Duntech Sovereign PCL 2001. Full MIT cables.
The DMC 20 is a wonderfull preamp, but it's old, and I look for a DMC-30... the problem is : in France there is no Spectral Dealer. In europe, I need to go to Germany, Italy or Holland to find Spectral Audio dealers... In consequence, it is almost impossible to make a real test at home with a DMC-30 demo unit.
The DMC-30 SV II is available at a very high price in Europe (25000 euros = 30500 dollars) and I don't want to spent so much money for a device I didn't know.
So the questions :1/ Is the DMC-30 SV II device that much "better" thant an old DMC-20 II ?2/ Does someone have the experience of these two devices ? How the DMC 30 sounds like ? Wich improvment may I hope on my system ?

Dear @wenceslass : The DMC 30 SV is a totally new design with the latest engeenering research achievements by Spectral, so yes you need to pull the triger on it. I think that maybe you can be in touch with Spectral and ask to buy directly from them. It's not easy to put in touch directly with Spectral other than by phone but you can try due that you have not a distributor in your place Here a link that I don't know if can help you.
