Speaker help - Best all around speaker

Here is my dilemma. I'm looking at new speakers for my 2nd audio system. My living room is 5.1, but I am changing to a stereo 2 channel setup. Looking for really solid pair of speakers as my foundation. My music preferences are Jazz, R&B and some Reggae too. Budget is around $3000 - $4000 dollars.

Here is the list of speakers I am considering:
B&W 703 S2
PSB Imagine T2
Focal Aria 936
KEF R700

I have heard the KEF R700 & the PSB T2. I have heard plenty of B&W, but not this new model. It is hard to find a Focal dealer in my area (Charlotte, NC). The nearest place to listen to Focal is probably Atlanta. So, I'm asking for opinions. I like the PSB T2. WHen I head down to Atlanta, I will be able to listen to the Focal 936 & B&W 703 S2. I've heard good things about Focal, but I don't know anyone who owns them. My amplification will be Mcintosh MC352.

I had the B&W CM10 S2's and i replaced them with a set of Klipsch Forte III's. It turned out to be a great upgrade
I think you can get more for your money with a *new* pair of Golden Ear Triton Two Plus.

I'm got the Maggies covered. My main 2 channel setup is Magnepan 1.7's with Emotiva monoblocks. This is my secondary system I'm researching for.....
