Sota Sapphire Question

The four bolts int he bottom that release the suspension, how much do you loosen those. The directions don't seem to address this.

Further, without the suspension released I turned on the table and the motor won't turn. The platter will move (I released that on the bottom) but the motor does not spin at all. Nor is there any noise out of it.

Seems like to me the motor is bad. How difficult is it to replace?

Also the power supply does work! We tested it on another sota and its fine.
