I am not using the Asgard 2 but I do have the Schitt Mani and I am pretty impressed with it, given its low cost. I used to design preamps back when I was in the HiFi industry, so preamps are special to me. Still, I was impressed with it. Hope this helps....

Anyone using an Asgard2 strictly pre amp? The 2 is reduced and a very good deal. My thinking is the class A design may make a killer pre amp.
