Replacing magnepan binding post

Somehow the post into which you insert the speaker wire broke off. Mag sent replacements but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to remove the back plate to get access. Would anyone know how to do this?

Can’t help you there! Have the socks (perhaps) been replaced and the terminal plate, partially covered? Speakers/crossovers, modified?

If not: color me baffled! Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
