Proceed PMDT- newer software?

I know that Proceed no longer exist, but I think there might have been a software after ver 3.00. I came across this somewhere but I can't remember.

Can anyone confirm?

The latest and last update is 3.0.1, it corrected a PHASTLINK
problem. According to Harman Specialty Group, there are no
plans for any engineering resources to be allocated to the
Proceed line.
