Power Amp to drive Magneplanar MG1.6

I had a Mark Levinson No.23.5 power amp to drive the Magneplanar MG1.6 , would like to replace the power amp with Bryston 7b-st or 7b-sst mono block. Will the Bryston sound better than the Mark? I mostly listen to classic and jazz.

Best value and sound is wyred4Sound. I use a pair of SX500s on my 3.5R mid/bass panels. See Underwood HiFi ads here
I've owned several models of Magnepans and powered each with various Bryston amps, there is just a natural synergy between the two products.Throw a tube pre in the mix and you're there.
Bryston will have more power to drive the MG1.6s but not necessarily better than the 23.5

the maggies can sound good with Audio Research VS110.

For around $2k, the vincent power amp is also good match with the 1.6s
