The person you called out could have reported the post. The admin would then take a look at it.

Who is in charge of deleting post? I've posted a few time and the post keep getting deleted.
Who gets to delete post? The OP? The WHO??? Kinda underhanded, let yourself be known
and WHY??? Simple...I don't think some post should stay and some go.
