Parasound ZPre3 and ZPhono or NAD C 165BEE for Active Speakers?

I have Music Hall Ikura TT with Ortofon Blue, Acoustic Energy AE1 Active speakers (love ’em), Sonus connect, all run through an older Parasound Halo P5 preamp that is on the fritz.

Considering the following options to replace the P5. The NAD C 165BEE or pairing up the Parasound ZP3 Preamp and Zphono. Space is limited, but either approach would fit.

The Parasound Z combo would be about $400 cheaper. Anyone have experience with these? Would the NAD be a noticeable upgrade, or might the P Z’s handle their own?

Thanks in advance!
