I've owned the PW2200 and thought it was one of the better subs out there at its price (at least up against what I was able to hear locally). I heard it at a dealers room with $5k monitors in a real nice stereo set-up and then switched it over to the HT room, again with a real nice set up. Both rooms were on the large side and the sub had no troubles with all the typical subwoofer stuff.
Only reason I sold it was because I went to a two channel setup where I kept it for some time. I eventually bought full range floorstanders and sold the sub just because it overloaded the room.
