MX-130 power up problem

Hi group. I have a MX-130 that had a power up problem. The remote would turn on part of the unit but the rest was dead.No tuner lights and the switched outlet in the back also dead. I trace it to the relay board located bottom rear right. After ordering out the 3 relays. I removed the board to find there are some cold solder joints on the relays. So with the board out I did replace the relays and gave all relay points enough of solder. It's alive. This could also apply to the C-39. Hope the info helps.
