Magnepan .7 - what to power with etc.

Hello, I am planning on buying Magnepan .7 speakers.
Will the following combination work:
1. Source of music: Blue-ray player, LP player and maybe PC
2. Monarchy NM24 Tube DAC
3. Rotel RSP 1570 preamp (purchased)
4. Rotel RMB 1575 or Emotiva XPR 5 (looking for a multichannel amp to use for stereo listening as well as home theater)
5. Magnepan .7 speakers
6. Cables?
7. Type of music: mostly classical and jazz
8. No extreme volumes
so far I have only purchased the preamp and I have definitely decided on the speakers.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

what are the .7? are they the old mg12?
Fabulous speakers as long as you stay in the sweet spot... I had mine powered by arcam 8, adcom 5300, and finally a qsc rmx1400 power amp as I recall. They are easy to drive because of the flat impedance, but they require tons of power because of the low sensitivity. 200 watts per channel is what you need. If I had to do it again, I would start with a NAD integrated 375. That would be a good price/quality watt ratio for the Magnepan.
The 1090 sounds different than the other models. Its a good choice if you don't want a bright sounding amp.
I had a private demo at my home with the .7 and really love them!! they sounded great on my Crown XLS 2500 power amp and a Audio-GD NFB-28 preamp/dac.

Ordered them and waiting for them to arrival :-)
I have heard that Rotel can be bright sounding. I know that Emotiva can be bright sounding, is that a bad combination?
I like Rotel, but I would do things a little different. I would try to find a good RMB 1090. I think it would be a much better match for the speakers. Then, for the other 3 channels, you don't have to spend a great deal of money. Emotive, would be a good choice for the center and surrounds. Parasound Z series would also be worth looking in to. The idea behind this is to get the best quality sound on your main speakers, where it really counts.
