Loricraft prc 3

Hi, i am hoping someone here can help me out. i recently pulled the platter off my loricraft machine and after slotting it back into place it is not rotating, i can hear the motor but it seems there's a certain way of placing the platter back down so that it rotates as normal. Can anyone shed any light on this for me?
