Les Trojens - DVD

Recently started playing Les Trojens, recorded at the Royal Opera House and released in 2013.  Really a treat to watch an opera with subtitles! I know fully understand the plot.  The music is lush, but the words... kind of silly.  I mean, do you really need 2 minutes to say "oh, what tragedy" ? 

Also, the recording of the orchestra is much more consistent than the on-stage performers, which I suppose is due to the lack of microphones on stage.  I doubt I'd be able to understand half of the dialogue even if I spoke French. 

I'm wondering where others get their video / opera fix from?
