I would look for used Kimber Hero. You can probably find a used one or one and a half meter run for around $100 if you get lucky. I found them to be fast and very tight in the bass with a deliberate, solid sound and plenty of punch.

Hey folks...looking for < $100 cable for vinyl playback...like the soundstaging and speed of entry NORDOST but with more bass...possibly Kimber(used)?
