The Synergistic cables are better sounding and you can get it in bulk. Monster Cables are very generic ofc 12 gauge and sound okay.
You can spend less and get generic 14/4 or better as mentioned.
As a dealer and installer I would always recommend where ever and when ever possible to use a four conductor cable, which minimizes damage to strands which can occur when running wire through walls.
