I really need some help

OK I admit it I am in WAY over my head:( I have been learning a lot from this site but also wasting a lot of time because I feel embarrassed to ask for help. Please go easy on me as I am not that savvy about what I am attempting to do but at the same time I want to learn and I don't want to pay someone else to do it for me.

So here is what's going on

I am building a new home theater system at my new house. I have been picking up items off ebay and craigslist here and there and finally have my pile of stuff. or at least thought I had everything I needed...

The center channel is a starlet 9, this is a bi-amped speaker with a ribbon tweeter. The left and right are starlet 6's same deal with bi-amp. I have dipole 5's for the rears so that is a total of 8 channels. I also have a cinema 12 sub that came with it's own amp so amplification for that is all set. As well the starlet 9 and 6's according to the directions need to be tuned with trim pots so the amp must have trim pots or could I use a active crossover maybe??? If so which one? I have spent a week on this now trying to find a 8 channel amp with trim pots that isn't going to put me in the poor house. I really like the Marantz AV8003 and the MM8003, yes I also still need a pre amp as well. The speakercraft manual states I need at least 75 watts per channel for the 9's and 6's, I would like no less than 100 watts per channel. Can anyone help me? I would love to get this set up right away. BTW I am personally building the stage where all this stuff is going, oak pillars which the speakers will mount into and oak enclosure for the TV. I am very handy with the woodwork and have built several custom cabinets for systems in the past.

I also want HDMI capability as well.

Sherbourne 7010/A pre and several Sherbourne Amps. The pre is the same as a Sunfire IV.
They have a 12 channel amp that is bridgeable. You could bridge 6 channels for your front bass and then use 1 channel for each tweeter in the system (11 total, 1 unused). Or, bridge another pair for the center tweeter too. Bass is what is so demanding anyway. There are other sherbourne amps out there as well.
