Has anyone heard the hegel H70 Integrated Amp ?

I recently bought the piece thru Audio Doctor. The piece also has a DAC and retails for $2,000. The amp has a damping factor of around 1000 and the sound is fantastic for both the integrated and the dac. I have been buying hi end equipment for close to 20 years and this piece is an unbelievable bargain. Its crazy good. David at Audio Doctor in Jersey City is a great guy to work with. He knows his stuff and has a passion for what he does. He's honest and actually cares about his customers. Words cannot do justice to this piece of audio equipment.

I bought a Opera Consonace c100 same amp as Hegel h1 mk 2 but with out dac, which i like, for 400.US it sounds incredibley good! i have had some very nice sounding integrated amps in the past and this amp is by far better then all!! Just a few ,Carin 4808A , AR compkete, Talk, bryston b60,Myryad, music Hall mombo and many many more. Not to mention all the separates i have in the pas ? Marsh Audio ,Bryston and much more. I run mine on pair of B&W V series speaker and whaferdal Diamond 410 with  a CAL cd player .
It took ten years to find a amp that sounded right. Open ,airy, musical no signs of being clinical at all rounded or pollished? Its not dark,or bright its not hard in any way. The amp has a great grip on the music and the tight bottom end is bettter than lots costing much, much more. I complaint is the size ? Its very deep!! I wish you could change source from remote? But other than that i cant be happier? I know the amp has way more potential do to my speaker. The guy i bought the from said it surpassed his Pass Labbs amp in all areas from the 90s and some hi end pre? That should tell just how good this amp is?

If you have ever listen to the Carin 4808A is a beautiful sounding amp and very close to the h1 without the sheer power.

Just love it!!
I have had this one on demo. This integrated DAC is quite good but the power was not overwhelming. If I need to choose between the H1 MK IV (the predecessor of the H70) I would go for the H1. That one sounds more gutsy and more drive in the low end. But the H70 has a better mid / highs (probably newer technique). Also the placement of the music was very strong and well detailed low end but not gutsy like the H1 MKIV.
Congrat's. You have bought into a great company, products and customer service, Hegel is outstanding. They are new to the US market, but they have been getting numerous honors and awards from the European and Japanense media.
