Graham Phantom I tonearm

Hello everyone ...
I need help ...

Recently I bought a Graham Phantom I tonearm, supposed to be in excellent condition, it happens that I was deceived and the arm was completely defective ... cueing divise system not working properly, had no fluid was completely dry, the headshell was glued to the armtube and is twisted to the left side of about 4mm...
I personally fixed the armlift, I used SME fluid to repair the armlift, and already buy a new Graham Phanton II armwand...I thought I had solved the problem ...but now I have another problem...
I installed one of my catridges, a Transfiguration Phoenix.
When I put the arm around my Digital stylus force gauge to select the weight, for example 1.9 grs, and when I return the arm to the armrest position, and without adding any weight, I again put the arm on the stylus force gauge, always shows different values, example 1.95,1.98,2.00, 2.02 etc, as I said without adding any weight ...Anyone know the reason, or has gone through a similar situation, what can I do to solve this problem ...
I have a new Van den Hul Colibri Gold Reference XGP to install, but with these differences in weight I will not risk it...
Living in the Azores, and I'm not very interested in sending the arm to Graham, for now ... I am very grateful if someone help solve this problem ...

Thank you very much.

What scale are you using?
The error you are getting is only 0.07g, maybe your scale is not that accurate/reliable?

If your scale contains ferrous parts the difference may be due to magnetic attraction (due to the cartridge magnets).
To get around this you could use something like this.
