Graham Phantom B-44 "Custom vs SME mount"

The Graham Phantom B-44 is available with either a "custom" or "SME" mount. As a novice, what are the advantages/disadvantages of either assuming that there is no preexisting armboard or turntable? One advantage of the "SME" that I can see is the ability to use an SME arm in the future in addition to the Graham.

Ted - I use a Phantom with SME mount along with an SME V on my 30/2. Each has its own armboard so swapping is quick, easy, and accurate.
