First Sound Presence Deluxe Mk. II with Cary V-12i

Does anyone have experience with this setup? Plan to use with Merlin VSM-M speakers and a Musical Fidelity Tri-Vista 21 DAC up front.

Other suggestions are obviously welcome - haven't purchased the preamp yet.
