Experience with Novum PMR Mk 2 bronze resonator?

I wouldn't trust those reviews but I'm curious too...
Does it really work? Can you justify its cost ($2500 per piece)?
Or just another snake oil?
Can you actually use guitar cone resonators ($10 per piece) for that purpose?
