Decision between Zu Definition OR VS DB99

Trying to decided between these two spectacular speakers. I have not listen to either of them and will not get a opportunity to do so. Hence asking for suggestion/opinions regarding these spks. My room size is 22 by 13 and basically listen to all types of music from classical to rock at quite loud volumes. The spks will be driven via Audio Aero Capitol power amp and cdp.

I owned the Druids and upgraded to the Def's. I've compared in the same room with the same equipment. The Def's keep the strengths of the Druids (speed, immediacy, tone) and add deep bass, even more power handling, a more refined top-end, and a bigger soundstage.

But, the Druids are spectacular in their own right. This isn't on-point to the VS vs. Zu so I won't elaborate - just a response to previous question.

I just had my Def's upgraded to Pro status. For now, I've got either a Clari-T or a Dared 300B amp for the front array and an Adcom 555 for the rears.

It's all very new, but the new, beefier rear drivers along with eq. and full XO control of using a TacT 2.2x is gonna make this a real journey. FUN!

Oh yeah, I'm in Seattle and could accommodate a few curious ears.
